Please ensure you have read our Policy carefully Maximum two people per room, No children or babies. No extra bedding or beds in rooms. Sorry, no pets as Eric and Joe our two cats, cannot cope with them.

Booking Policy
All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.
We are unable to cater for babies or children under the age of 12.

No pets allowed.

No Smoking
We are totally non-smoking, it’s now the law and for the safety and convenience of all guests.

Check-In / Check-Out
Please let us know a time of arrival so that we can ensure we are here to greet you.
Your accommodation is available to you from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation during your stay is payable on departure.

Payment Policy
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon your departure.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
Note: Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

Cancellations
    •    7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Because of our intimate size, a cancellation affects us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy which is as follows 7 days out or more you will be charged one night's fee; less than 7 days notice full payment is required.

Be assured that we will make every effort to re-book and if successful we will not charge you. Nevertheless, for your peace of mind, we strongly advise you to have appropriate Travel Insurance - check your credit card policy and you may find that you are covered by the card you use.
